Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build technical product demonstrations for enterprise software audiences.
• Working knowledge of IT service management and IT operations management concepts, processes, and workflows.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating developers or technical contributors.
• Skill in turning abstract technical capabilities into clear, engaging narratives.
• Comfort partnering across marketing, product, and sales functions in a marketing-adjacent role.
