SYNERGY HomeCare of Ann Arbor is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends in the Fenton, Brighton, and South Lyon areas. Your duties will include delivering person-centered dementia care, assisting with housekeeping and meal preparation, and aiding clients in personal care needs.

Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of HIPAA regulations are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered dementia care that provides safety and dignity.
• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Aid clients in personal care needs including showering and dressing.

Skills

CNA or HHA certification

Interpersonal skills

Cooking nutritious meals

Knowledge of HIPAA
