Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends. The role offers up to 30 hours per week with schedules on weekdays and weekends in the Fenton, Brighton and South Lyon areas.

You will deliver person-centered care, assist with meals, medication reminders, and personal care while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Training and benefits accompany a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is preferred but NOT required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.
• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required (current CNA sandwich not required).
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
