Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia or memory care preferred.
• Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable.
• Ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Strong communication and caregiving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide standby assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Diaper changing and incontinence care.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with dementia-related behaviors and routines.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
