SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends, with a schedule of up to 30 hours per week. Join an independently owned national network renowned for quality home care in the Fenton area.

We are recruiting for various schedules on weekdays and weekends in the Fenton, Brighton and South Lyon areas, with flexible shifts and a focus on compassionate, privacy-respecting support for older adults.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered dementia care with safety, dignity and meaningful engagement.
• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal prep, and verbal medication reminders.
• Aid clients in personal care, including showering, dressing and toileting.

Duties

• Deliver person-centered dementia care that provides safety, dignity and meaningful engagement


• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders


• Aid clients in their personal care needs including showering, dressing, and toileting.

Skills

• CNA or HHA certification is preferred but NOT required.


• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.


• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.


• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.


• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required (current CNA sandwich not required)


• Experience with children is preferred but not required.
