Alliance Senior Care is seeking experienced Caregivers to join our team and make a difference in seniors' lives. You will provide one-on-one care, companionship, and practical support in the home.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, are patient, compassionate, reliable, and capable of following health and safety guidelines. We offer flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred - Minimum of 1 year of Previous Caregiving Experience
• Experience working in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Group Home is Preferred
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
