Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support person-centered dementia programming for residents. You will help implement a calendar of activities and engage residents in meaningful dementia care within the Brookdale community.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clare Bridge Program Manager/Coordinator in leading person-centered dementia programs.
• Engage residents in seven domains of well-being in a dementia-friendly environment.
• Coordinate and participate in community events and family open houses.
• Support staff through program planning, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
