About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Demand & RevOps Manager to lead the strategy and execution of high-performing marketing campaigns and optimize the systems that power our revenue engine.

In this dual role, you’ll own top-of-funnel demand (SEO, PPC, email) and full-funnel marketing automation. You’ll also lead marketing-side Revenue Operations—building out reporting, tracking performance across the customer journey, and aligning marketing and sales to drive predictable growth.

What You’ll Do:

Demand

  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns (SEO, paid search/social, email, landing pages)
  • Manage Google Ads and paid channels to maximize ROAS
  • Own and execute SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and lead volume
  • Create and optimize lead nurturing sequences, newsletters, and segmented email campaigns
  • Own website performance, CRO strategy, and UX testing to increase conversion rates and engagement
  • Launch A/B tests across campaigns, landing pages and CTAs to improve performance

Revenue Operations

  • Act as the HubSpot and Salesforce admin—manage workflows, lead scoring, automation, and CRM hygiene
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the funnel (Leads → MQL → SQL → Revenue)
  • Create attribution models to measure marketing’s contribution to pipeline and bookings
  • Forecast pipeline growth and campaign ROI to inform budget and resource allocation
  • Identify and close data and process gaps between Marketing and Sales
  • Support RevOps processes including list management, campaign ops, and territory insights
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain and optimize the website for lead

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in B2B demand , marketing ops, or revenue operations
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns
  • Expert-level experience in HubSpot and Salesforce (or similar), Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Strong grasp of CRM and marketing data—comfortable building dashboards and reports
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing websites for lead and CRO
  • Familiarity with website tools (WordPress, Webflow, GA4, Hotjar, or similar)
  • Comfortable planning and running A/B and multivariate tests
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker and tactical executor—you love both

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or a B2B services environment
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and lifecycle stage tracking
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, or Google Analytics
  • Agency or startup experience (you know how to get things done with lean resources)
