Qualifications

The Revenue Cycler Operations Manager - Remote, oversees multiple functional areas within RCM related to Diabetic Shoes, Cranial Benefits & Authorizations, Document Requesting, and Response to Billing Hold and CCO Tasks. Responsible for leading remote and local teams in these functional areas and providing excellent customer service and patient support.

Your Impact:
  • Collaborate with Director, RCM Operations and other Managers on process improvement for consolidated RCM.
  • Review daily and monthly performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are being met
  • Oversee functional areas for Diabetic Shoes, Cranial Benefits & Authorizations, Document Request, and Response to Bill Holds & CCO tasks.
  • Collaborate with clinics to ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure staffing decisions and staff development actions support operational success
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor level degree preferred or Associates Degree along with 4 to 5 years of supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management setting

Pay range of $82,500 to $103,100 annual salary + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
