Our Marketing Analyst and Data Operations Manager supports the Senior Director of Global Marketing, Donor Gamete Services, working closely with teams across California Cryobank and Donor Egg Bank USA. This role is a proactive leader passionate about data and storytelling, responsible for optimizing B2B and B2C marketing activities, understanding workflows across donor recruitment, cryopreservation, sales, genetics, legal, finance, and product teams. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Donor Gametes Marketing data, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions. This position can be remote within the US or based at any US office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Management and Optimization: Analyze and improve marketing workflows, establish SOPs, and ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.
  2. Marketing Performance Analysis: Define KPIs, utilize analytics tools, track performance, and provide insights for campaign improvements.
  3. Marketing Technology Management: Evaluate and manage marketing tools, ensure system integrations, and support teams with training and ongoing use.
  4. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and monitor marketing budgets, optimize spend, and ensure ROI.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, finance, and IT to align strategies and data needs.

Travel: Approximately 10%

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM, automation tools, and analytics software.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and disciplined workflow management.
  • Certifications in marketing automation or analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics) are a plus.
Experience & Education:
  • 10+ years in Marketing Operations, Analytics, or related fields within B2B/B2C environments.
  • Experience in presenting data-driven insights to executive audiences.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The starting base salary ranges from $105,000 to $130,000, depending on factors such as experience and qualifications. Additional compensation and benefits are available.
