Job summary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for program participants and responding to inquiries.
• Assist participating aggregators with customer enrollments during the enrollment process.
• Identify and document system issues and coordinate with IT for timely resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date program procedures and documentation.
