Job summary

Storm4 is hiring a Business Development Manager focused on demand response for commercial and industrial clients. You will build a pipeline, identify opportunities, and close deals that deliver energy flexibility and cost savings.

You will collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions and manage forecasts and CRM records. You will engage diverse stakeholders across facilities, operations, finance, and sustainability to drive growth in key energy markets.

Qualifications

• Proven BD or sales track record in energy or related markets.
• Experience selling to commercial/industrial customers.
• Ability to articulate technical and commercial value.
• Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a pipeline of C&I customers for demand response and energy flexibility programmes.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
• Engage stakeholders across facilities, operations, engineering, sustainability, and finance.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor flexible solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data.
