Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage inventory for Rx and SRx products and ensure market availability. You will partner with the Lead Planner to translate demand into supply plans and drive on-time fulfillment.

The role requires 3–6 years in pharma supply chain, SAP-S4 Hana/Kinaxis experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Relocation support and full benefits are offered for this on-site position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field.
3–6 years of pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Inventory planning for Rx and SRx products to meet market demands.
Oversee movement from production to delivery to customers.
Track KPIs to monitor and report performance.
Optimize inventory to limit excess stocks while fulfilling orders.
Collaborate with PM/Marketing and procurement for launches.
Coordinate with External Manufacturing and quality teams for batch releases.
Perform monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliations with UPS and manage write-offs.
Ensure master data adheres to SOP and MRP requirements.
Collaborate with customer service and quality on returns.
