Niagara Bottling seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead monthly demand planning and governance for an assigned portfolio. You will coordinate CPFR/S&OP activities, align stakeholders, and drive forecast accuracy with data-driven insights.

You will mentor analysts and ensure timely, accurate forecast publication across Sales, Finance, and Operations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and expertise in statistical forecasting and planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Six years in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or similar environment.
• Four years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional planning reviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly demand planning cycle using best inputs.
• Own forecast governance with documented assumptions and changes.
• Drive consensus forecast across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Oversee reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking for the portfolio.
• Coach analysts to convert data into actionable insight.
