The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with forecasting methods and data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders across functions in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in demand planning or forecasting in consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills with statistical forecasting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop forecasts.
• Utilize forecasting methods to predict future demand.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to align demand with stock.
• Lead S&OP meetings and present forecast data to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks of stockouts or overstock situations.
