Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner in Wisconsin to drive forecasting and S&OP processes for our beverage portfolio. You will review sales history, analyze BI, and generate long-term demand plans while aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain excellence.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, collaboration, and leading monthly S&OP discussions to optimize product supply and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, Distribution or related field.
• 2–4 years' forecasting or supply planning experience preferred.
• Experience with Power BI and JD Edwards preferred.
• Proficient in data retrieval, organization, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine sales history data.
• Review sales data and trends to forecast future demand.
• Review BI to understand impact and adjust forecasts.
• Communicate forecast changes with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor forecasts for new and discontinued items.
• Incorporate events like product launches and promotions into forecasts.
• Report and analyze monthly forecast accuracy metrics.
• Develop reports for monthly S&OP meetings.
• Prepare decks and data for S&OP meetings.
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams.
