Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Quantitative Management or related field and graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to translate multiple data points into a compelling business story for diverse audiences.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis tools (Python, PowerBI, Data Lake, Databricks, etc).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and maintenance of Demand Planning scorecards, dashboards and reports.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, trends and KPIs to inform business decisions.
• Participate in forecast reviews and planning meetings to learn methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and processes.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Prepare presentations and insights for leadership reviews.
