7-Eleven, Inc. invites you to join its Summer Internship Program in Irving, TX, offering hands-on experience in merchandising and store operations.

You will work with Store Leaders, Area Leaders, Market Leaders, and Operations Support teams on real projects and presentations. The paid internship runs Summer 2027 and helps you build skills, expand your professional network, and gain a behind-the-scenes view of how the business works, guided by a dedicated coach and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters degree related field and graduating December 2027 or May 2028
• Strong interest in working in restaurant/retail convenience industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of retail and management principles
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and focus on details

Responsibilities

• Experience an orientation designed to introduce you to 7‑Eleven history, culture, strategy, and structure at our Store Support Center in Irving, TX.
• Complete a 2 -3 week in-store experience where you will learn about the company's operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Attend 1 week of virtual classroom training to gain an understanding of the Regional Restaurant Leader role and responsibilities and foundational operation principles.
• Build upon your foundational restaurant-level knowledge through a Regional Restaurant Leader shadow experience where you will begin learning different ways to support and consult operators to help them increase sales and generate more gross profit.
• Complete a project assignment where you will focus on building sales and gross profit through effective operating principles and execution.
• Present a case study on key learnings from the project assignment.
