Job summary

Ursa Major Technologies is seeking a Demand Planner II in Berthoud, CO to develop and maintain a time-phased demand plan across programs. You will reconcile inputs from Program Management, Business Development, and Finance, and drive the SIOP cycle with a defensible plan ready for Supply Planning.

The role requires 3+ years in demand planning and strong ERP/Excel skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum three years in demand planning, forecasting, SIOP/S&OP, or forecast accountability.
• ERP experience and advanced Excel required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the demand plan for an assigned portfolio of programs across horizons.
• Translate milestones and commitments into time-phased demand and align with SIOP.
• Lead the monthly SIOP demand review and communicate changes to leadership.
• Build and sustain dashboards showing demand health, forecast accuracy, and risk.
• Identify data gaps and implement improvements to planning processes.
