Job summary

Ursa Major, located in Berthoud, Colorado, seeks a Planning Manager to lead component‑level demand, supply, and capacity planning. You’ll own consensus demand, RCCP with Operations, and produce a constrained, feasible supply plan for each Executive SIOP cycle.

You will manage a growing team of planners, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure adherence to capacity and lead-times with ERP data integrity. This role partners across Planning Operations and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business/Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
• Significant experience in demand, supply and capacity planning in manufacturing (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Experience owning forecast accuracy metrics and leading planning cycles.
• ERP/MRP data familiarity in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team to publish segment demand plans per SIOP cycle.
• Own consensus demand and accuracy metrics at segment level.
• Model RCCP and constrained supply plans aligned with capacity and lead times.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve capacity bottlenecks and trade-offs.
• Prepare executive materials (dashboards, summaries) for leadership.
