Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and analytics is preferred.
• Background in medical device, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand forecast accuracy using analytics and forecasting models.
• Own and optimize demand planning data including baseline forecasts and promotions.
• Analyze trends to identify patterns and mitigate forecasting risks.
• Translate market insights into actionable forecasts aligning sales, marketing, and operations.
• Support S&OP with cross-functional alignment and timely reviews.
