Helen of Troy in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Demand Planner to own forecasting for Sales and Product across regions and channels. You will build models, analyze trends, and deliver monthly forecasts to inform regional planning.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to refine demand plans and support inventory strategies and S&OP processes. The role requires 3+ years in consumer goods demand planning, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics or related discipline.
• 3+ years demand planning or sales analysis for a consumer goods company.
• Experience with inventory planning, demand and supply planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Demantra or o9 is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Forecast for Sales and Product across region, channel and customers.
• Develop forecast models and review monthly sales/revenue forecasts by region and channel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to refine demand plans.
