Helen of Troy in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Execution to lead cross-functional governance of IBP and S&OE, and to optimize inventory, production planning, and supplier performance. You will connect planning, sourcing, logistics, customer service, finance, and product teams to close gaps and deliver measurable operational results.

The role demands 8+ years of supply chain leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and domestic travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations management or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Integrated IBP and/or S&OP process management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30–40%.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead, and sustain business process improvements across Supply Chain Operations.
• Coordinate planning, sourcing, inventory, production planning, logistics, CS, finance, and shared services.
• Govern IBP and S&OE processes; manage risks and variances.
• Provide leadership oversight for Inventory Management, Production Planning, and CWOM.
• Establish governance, metrics, and benefits realization plans.
• Drive adoption of improvements through change management and stakeholder alignment.
