Made In, based in South Austin, seeks a Demand Planner to build and maintain SKU-level forecasts driving inventory decisions. You’ll turn sales history, promotions, and channel input into a coherent demand plan and present findings to cross-functional partners.

You’ll join a growing planning team with mentorship and increasing ownership as you grow. The role emphasizes hands-on data work in a collaborative environment at our HQ in South Austin.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or similar analytics role.
• CPG or consumer products experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain SKU/channel-level forecasts under Demand Planning Manager guidance.
• Support forecasts for launches, promotions, and end-of-life transitions with Marketing and Product.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias; identify root causes and recommend adjustments.
