Job summary

Made In Cookware, based in South Austin, seeks a Demand Planner to build and maintain SKU-level forecasts, translating sales history and promotions into actionable plans. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to improve forecast accuracy and support growth as the planning team scales.

The role emphasizes hands-on data work, mentorship, and increasing ownership as you progress in your planning career within a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or a related analytical role.
• CPG or consumer products experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SKU/channel-level forecasts under the guidance of the Demand Planning Manager.
• Support forecasts for new product launches, promotions, and end-of-life transitions with Marketing and Product.
• Prepare data, forecast updates, and analysis for monthly Demand Review and S&OP meetings.
• Flag demand-supply gaps and at-risk SKUs to your manager and Supply Planning.
