Qualifications

• 0-2 years of retail planning, buying or equivalent analytical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of item- and category-level forecasts using historical performance, seasonality, and trend analysis.
• Assist with Open-to-Buy plans and inventory risk communication.
• Monitor KPI performance: forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and product availability.
• Support promotional and markdown strategies and lifecycle forecasting.
• Participate in cross-functional planning discussions and communicate priorities.
