Made In Cookware, based in South Austin, seeks a Demand Planner to build and maintain SKU-level forecasts, translating sales history and promotions into actionable plans. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to improve forecast accuracy and support growth as the planning team scales.

*This role is based in our South Austin HQ. The team works in the office Monday–Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

As a Demand Planner, you'll report to the Manager, Demand Planning and work closely with them to build and maintain the SKU‑level forecast that drives inventory decisions across Made In. You'll turn sales history, promotional calendars, and channel input into a demand plan. You'll help dig into forecast misses and bring findings to your manager and cross‑functional partners.
Made In is scaling quickly, both domestically and internationally. Accurate forecasts help us avoid stockouts, protect margin, and make every dollar of inventory count. As part of a growing planning team, you'll help build the foundation for that growth and develop your career along with it.
This is a hands‑on, collaborative role. It's a good fit for someone early in their planning career who likes working in the data and wants to learn the full demand planning process from the ground up. You'll get direct mentorship, and your ownership will grow as you do.
