Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Demand Planner to lead forecast accuracy and IBP alignment across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. The role requires turning market signals into action and managing 0–24 month demand plans for multiple brands.

You will partner with Customer Development and Fulfillment, leverage advanced forecasting tools including Kinaxis Rapid Response, and drive continuous improvement through new planning tools and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain/finance, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning within the consumer goods or manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Craft and maintain a detailed, rolling 0–24 month demand plan.
• Keep statistical forecasting models razor-sharp; run exception reviews and cleanse historical data.
• Partner with Customer Development, Brand Marketing, and Fulfillment Planning to translate market intelligence into forecasts.
• Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align functions on a single demand plan.
• Establish initial forecasts for new product innovations (NPIs) and manage launches, sunset/SKU rollouts.
• Utilize advanced demand-sensing to detect short-term shifts and trends.
• Drive forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and implement lasting improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement by introducing new planning tools and streamlined workflows.
• Engage with Supply Planning to balance supply and demand volatility.
