Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or IBP/SOP.
• Experience leading and developing teams within demanding planning environments.
• Strong partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end monthly demand planning process across U.S. categories.
• Own the demand plan across multiple planning horizons (0-24 months, AOP, LE, LRP).
• Establish and improve demand planning methodologies and governance.
• Drive forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and planning quality.
• Lead scenario planning and risk management for demand outcomes.
• Develop the team and advance digital/analytic planning capabilities.
