LHH in Vernon, CA is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our on-site team. This role forecasts demand, analyzes inventory trends, and supports supply chain planning to ensure optimal product availability.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in demand planning within textile, apparel, or consumer goods, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills and a track record of improving forecast accuracy and contributing to S&OP processes.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000
We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join a growing organization in Vernon, CA. This onsite role is responsible for forecasting product demand, analyzing inventory trends, supporting supply chain planning, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the textile, apparel, fabric, consumer goods, manufacturing, or related industry, along with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
