Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Demand Marketing Driver to act as the digital marketing expert across CMS, ASO, digital advertising, and attribution for assigned client accounts. You will own strategy and execution, balancing depth with a large book of business.

The role requires deep fluency in SEO/AEO, paid search, and CMS performance, with the ability to translate trends into concrete client plans and to stay ahead of AI-driven renter discovery shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO/AEO, paid search, website/CMS, or related), client-facing experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as RealPage's digital marketing expert for assigned client accounts across the full Demand Marketing suite (CMS, ASO, Digital Advertising, Attribution/Data)
• Own and manage an individual book of business, balancing strategic depth with the volume of accounts assigned
• Prescribe and execute the strategy and tactics required to hit each client's stated marketing goals
• Maintain the deepest technical fluency on the team in digital marketing craft: SEO/AEO and agentic search, paid search and digital advertising, website/CMS performance, and attribution
• Proactively stay ahead of the shift to agentic search and AI-driven renter discovery, adjusting client strategy before being asked rather than reacting after the fact
