Responsibilities

Write and dispatch demand letters against daily production targets (~8/day).
Pull from medical records, billing, and liability docs to build damages narrative.
Assess case treatment profiles and frame damages accordingly.
Apply state-specific demand templates and rules (CA, TX, CO, NM, AZ).
Route drafts for attorney approval and confirm carrier receipt after dispatch.
Handle demand-related client and adjuster calls and follow-ups before expiration.
Flag missing records to the case manager to avoid delays.
