As a Personal Injury Demand Writer, you will be responsible for drafting persuasive and well-supported settlement demand letters for pre‑litigation personal injury cases. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review medical records and accurately evaluate damages.

Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive and well-supported settlement demand letters
• Review medical records, billing, treatment summaries, and supporting documentation
• Identify injuries and treatment using proper medical terminology
• Calculate and present economic and non-economic damages
• Summarize liability, causation, and damages clearly and professionally
• Work with case managers and attorneys to ensure demands are complete and timely
• Maintain organized case notes and updates in the case management system
• Help move files efficiently toward settlement
