Job summary

Glory is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Planner to optimize inventory balance across our US-based network, aligning target service levels with forecast accuracy and safety stock. This role interfaces with manufacturing sites and suppliers to resolve production supply issues.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in supply chain, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification a plus.
• Two or more years of proven supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Set inventory targets for Raw Materials and Pack Components and monitor levels.
• Develop and maintain finished goods inventory strategies and safety stock.
• Coordinate with Finance, Demand Planners, and Sales for S&OP plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement on raw materials purchasing and shortages.
• Identify inventory obsolescence and minimize write-offs.
• Oversee bad/slow moving/obsolete goods and freight claims.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Handle information/data requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
