Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Demand Analyst in Watertown, WI to optimize inventory balance across the supply chain while aligning with target service levels and forecast accuracy. The role interfaces with manufacturing and suppliers to resolve supply issues affecting production.

The candidate will set material targets, monitor safety stock, and support mid-to-long term supply planning with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective actions for inventory health.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
• Two or more years of proven supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Set inventory targets for raw materials and components and monitor levels.
• Maintain inventory strategies including reorder point and safety stock.
• Collaborate with Finance, Demand Planners, and Sales for S&OP planning.
• Coordinate with Procurement on purchasing per S&OP decisions.
• Review stockouts and mitigate supply issues.
• Identify and manage obsolescence to minimize write-offs.
• Oversee bad/slow moving/obsolete goods and freight claims.
• Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
• Handle information requests and data needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
