Colonial Group seeks a Demand Planner I to be the primary information resource for finished goods inventories and unit fill rates across multiple facilities. The role coordinates capacity planning, inventory planning and order planning to optimize the total supply chain.

The candidate will collaborate with planning resources to maximize inventories, improve service levels and align with corporate objectives, while managing safety stock and capacity schedules across multiple product lines.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, industrial engineering or supply chain management.
• 3-6 years of analytical/systems experience.
• CPIM or CSCP certified preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements, and tracks safety stock strategies to optimize service levels and inventory investment.
• Collaborates with planning resources to leverage inventories across the company.
• Understands total supply chain and seeks to optimize overall performance.
• Identifies and implements strategies to lower inventory while preserving service levels.
• Publishes capacity schedules and develops order plans by style/color.
• Responds to inventory queries and tracks external purchases for profitable purchasing.
