About The Role

We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on B2B Marketer to lead Franki’s growth efforts with restaurants and hospitality operators. You’ll be the first dedicated B2B marketing hire—and will own the full marketing motion: lead generation, funnel optimization, campaign execution, and content strategy.

You’ll work across teams, tools, and tactics to build high-performing campaigns that drive pipeline. From writing landing page copy and running paid campaigns, to briefing freelancers and analyzing conversion data—this is a full-stack role for someone who can think and do.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong point of view, and is eager to help restaurants and hospitality businesses grow.

What You'll Own

  • Lead Generation: Launch and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, email, and other high-performing channels to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Funnel Optimization: Own the performance of the full marketing funnel—tracking results, running tests, and optimizing conversion at every stage.
  • Content & Messaging: Develop briefs, conduct customer research, and create high-converting content including landing pages, video scripts, emails, and case studies.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life—on time and on brand.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Brand to ensure marketing supports business priorities and delivers measurable impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a growth-stage or high-velocity environment.
  • Strong lead generation and funnel optimization experience, with a clear track record of campaign success.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills—you know how to connect with your audience and drive action.
  • Deep analytical capabilities—comfortable owning pipeline metrics, making data-informed decisions, and presenting results.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • A strategic thinker and a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Perks + Benefits

  • Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
  • PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.
