Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why you made the calls.

You will be the strategic voice at the table, driving campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and reporting on performance during client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
