THE ROLE:

  • Are you passionate about driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns? If so, you may be the perfect fit
  • As our Demand Generation Manager (DGM), you'll be an integral member of the Growth Team at the forefront of helping us scale our GTM engine. You'll own managing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn while collaborating with teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. You'll combine strategic vision and hands-on expertise to optimize campaigns and scale an efficient go-to-market engine. If you love data, experimenting, and finding creative ways to connect with audiences, this role is for you!

ABOUT YOU:

  • You're a passionate, experienced demand gen expert: You have 2-5 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns
  • You're analytical, almost to a fault: You have a strong ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions
  • You're a go-to-market tech wizard: You've demonstrated mastery over GTM tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, and Intercom. Familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus
  • You're an excellent communicator: Your ability to communicate demand generation initiatives, needs, and requirements across various departments and levels is unmatched
  • You're methodical, research-driven, and detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • You're a self-starter: Driving revenue impact while scaling an efficient go-to-market engine fires you up; you're results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment

THINGS YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads
  • Work closely with Content Marketing to identify and repurpose high-performing assets into paid channels and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROAS
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Product Marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions
  • Conduct ongoing experimentation to improve ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages
  • Oversee monthly ad spend budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and performance goal achievement
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to optimize campaigns and inform new initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
