About the Marketing team:
As the Marketing team at Formic, we are tasked with articulating the value of Formic’s offering to a diverse audience and driving top of funnel growth. We are creative, organized, flexible, and entrepreneurial. Each week and month looks a bit different as we continue to experiment with new strategies and optimize our approach to existing channels. Our team is a perfect fit for those looking to work on a range of projects as a member of a team driven by a singular mission: help Formic grow.
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company by deploying a full-funnel lead generation marketing strategy to power revenue opportunities. You are strategic yet execution-driven, capable of turning great content into pipeline. You understand that lead generation isn’t just about getting clicks—it’s about attracting the right buyers and nurturing them into sales-ready opportunities. You enjoy digging deeper to understand our ideal customer profile, contributing to the development of the overall strategy, brainstorming content and assets to engage top prospects, testing a wide range of opportunity generation platforms and approaches, and measuring it all to determine where to step on the gas. You'll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team on a day to day basis to achieve and exceed the lead target for the month, quarter, and year.
