Marketing is responsible for guiding prospects and customers throughout their journey with Basware. Through providing thought leading insights, practical advice, and a roadmap for automation, in partnership with our Sales function, we enable organizations to drive the transformation of their AP and Finance functions. Leveraging industry leading marketing platforms, including Hubspot, and the latest in AI technologies, we activate multi-channel marketing programs to help prospects get informed, build their business case, select the right-fit solutions, and make it all just happen for our customers.

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth for North America. You’ll leverage digital channels, ABM strategies, and events to connect with our ideal customers and accelerate their journey with Basware.

This is a strategy, as well as an execution role, and sits within the wider Global Demand Generation team. Reporting into the Marketing Director - North America, you'll collaborate with our commercial teams, ecosystem partners, and marketing colleagues to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with enterprise finance leaders.

With your data-informed acumen and mastery of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and PowerBI, you'll unleash the power of insights to optimize performance and ROI. We are looking for a passionate marketer who can breathe life into our campaign marketing plans, think outside the box, and generate unique demand generation ideas to build a robust pipeline.

What You’ll Do
  1. Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively to execute marketing campaigns.
  2. Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels such as web, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and other platforms.
  3. Work with product marketing to align messaging and incorporate product launches into campaigns.
  4. Partner with regional marketing teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, and cross-functional teams to ensure a unified message.
  5. Engage and nurture high-value accounts through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the SDR team.
  6. Support creative development and testing with the design team.
  7. Manage multiple projects efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  8. Participate in meetings to represent campaign strategies and KPIs.
  9. Work effectively with international teams, demonstrating cultural awareness.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. 10+ years of B2B Tech marketing experience, including 5 years in demand generation or integrated marketing roles.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Journalism preferred.
  3. Proven success managing and scaling demand gen programs at SaaS or recurring revenue companies.
  4. Excellent campaign-building and copywriting skills, with the ability to present results effectively.
  5. Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Asana.
  6. Growth mindset with a history of experimentation, creative problem-solving, and process improvement.
  7. Curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and execution.
