The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager with deep expertise in HubSpot, marketing data analytics, and customer marketing.
You will:
Your Day-to-Day Impact
· Establish and scale the Demand Generation function at LCvista
· Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and branding as well as impactful customer journeys across our target segments
· Develop and implement
lead scoring models and nurturing workflows to move leads through the funnel
more effectively, providing Growth with higher-quality, sales-ready leads
· Plan and execute ABM strategies, working closely with Growth to exceed pipeline goals
· Optimize the funnel by continuously monitoring and seeking opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
· Plan logistics for events and field marketing to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty, and generate new business opportunities
· Orchestrate the webinar production process end-to-end, including content creation, speaker management, promotions, follow up, post event content distribution, etc.
· Own the reporting and analytics for all demand generation efforts, focusing on ROI, pipeline contribution, reduction in CAC, and lead conversion rates. Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
· Cultivate a culture of experimentation, continuously testing and optimizing
to improve channel performance and ROI
· Partner with the Growth to align Marketing strategy with Growth strategy, and share accountability for pipeline and revenue growth by establishing and enforcing SLAs across all stages of the customer journey
Here’s what we’re looking for
· 3-5 years of experience in a demand generation or growth marketing function within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the Accountingindustry
· Deep expertise in HubSpot a must, as well as in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and ABM tools like Apollo/Propensity/6Sense
· Demonstrated experience building demand generation from the ground up, and executing high-performing marketing campaigns

· An owner mindset with a proven track record of partnering across teams to exceed company pipeline and revenue goals
· Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to fluidly move between 1,000
feet strategy to 10 feet execution
