Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Demand Generation Manager for an innovative, fast-growing technology organization specializing in AI-powered cybersecurity and IT asset intelligence. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Austin, Texas, offering the opportunity to play a key role in building and executing global demand generation and account-based marketing programs.
The Demand Generation Manager will drive integrated campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market audiences. This hands‑on role will own demand generation initiatives across paid media, email, events, content, SEO/SEM, and account-based marketing while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B SaaS demand generation experience, a data‑driven approach, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to improve campaign performance and personalization.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000–$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, EAP mental health support, a 401(k) with a 4% employer match, paid vacation, sick and personal days, and 12 public holidays. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas and includes telework equipment and a monthly internet allowance.
