SG Talent is partnering with a growing B2B technology company to hire a Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of its always-on demand generation engine.
This is a broad, hands-on growth marketing role for someone who enjoys working across paid acquisition, organic search, website conversion, webinars and account-based marketing — while ultimately being accountable for one thing: creating measurable new-business pipeline.
This is not a role where you'll simply manage agencies or execute someone else's campaign plan. You'll have ownership of the channel strategy, digital budget and performance, while working closely with sales and marketing leadership to continually improve how demand is generated and converted.
The marketing team actively incorporates AI into its day-to-day workflow, including audience research, campaign development, competitive analysis, landing-page iteration and performance reporting.
We're therefore particularly interested in candidates who are already comfortable incorporating tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms into their marketing workflow and who have a genuine curiosity around how AI is changing modern demand generation.
This position is based in Austin, Texas and operates on a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
