Job summary

Syndigo is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through an integrated set of digital marketing programs. The role focuses on webinars, email, social media, and multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand visibility.

You will partner with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to create assets, messages, and campaigns, while managing calendars, timelines, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or B2B marketing.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, particularly email, webinars, and social media.
• Strong webinar program management experience, including strategy development, platform administration, promotion, and reporting.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, lead management, and marketing funnel best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to launch campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Lead webinar strategy, planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
• Manage webinar logistics, speaker coordination, registration campaigns, audience communications, and performance reporting.
• Own day-to-day social media channel management and employee social media engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to develop campaign assets and messaging.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and audience segmentation initiatives.
• Leverage digital marketing programs including paid media, content syndication, SEO, and website promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics, lead generation, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and project timelines to ensure on-time execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through testing, optimization, and marketing best practices.
