Job summary

Qevlar AI is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own the pipeline engine behind its cybersecurity AI platform. You’ll drive an inbound-first strategy, balance website-led and AI-assisted discovery, and turn content into demand across global markets.

You’ll lead a small, fast-moving team with a focus on measurable revenue impact and scalable processes. You will shape the Martech stack, manage external vendors, and partner with product marketing and content teams to optimize conversions,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B demand generation for tech with long sales cycles.
• Proven track record growing inbound pipeline and reducing CAC.
• Experience using AI and signal-based tools for marketing.
• Strong leadership and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the global demand-gen pipeline and tie investments to pipeline and revenue.
• Shift mix toward inbound through SEO, CRO, and content.
• Build AI-driven, signal-based demand engine with real-time activations.
• Own website CRO and onboarding experiences with content team.
• Oversee AI discoverability and AI search presence.
• Manage martech stack and agency relationships.
• Report on CAC, pipeline, and revenue contributions.
