Job summary

Qevlar AI is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build the pipeline engine behind its cybersecurity AI platform. You will own the pipeline number, drive inbound growth, and implement signal-based demand strategies across a global market.

The role blends website optimization, AI-driven activation, and ABM with marketing technology leadership. NYC office optional; remote work flexible for a fast-moving, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading demand generation in B2B enterprise software or security tech.
• Proven ability to shift pipeline toward inbound and SEO-driven demand.
• Demonstrated use of AI/signal-based tools in demand gen (intent data, enrichment, AI content).
• Strong understanding of AI discoverability and buyers researching via AI assistants.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM; capable of evolving a martech stack.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline targets (sourced and influenced) and tie investments to revenue.
• Shift mix toward inbound, grow website- and organic-sourced pipeline.
• Build signal-based demand engine using intent data and account signals.
• Own website CRO and AI chat experiences with content team.
• Manage SEO and martech stack; oversee marketing ops agency relationships.
• Lead ABM programs with Sales and nurture long, technical sales cycles.
