LVMH Fashion Group North America is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly close support, and financial reporting for its Maisons in the Americas. This role partners with the CFO, regional leadership, and global teams to drive actionable insights and strengthen planning discipline.

Based in New York City, the analyst will coordinate inputs, build forecasts, and deliver variance analyses while supporting strategic growth across brands such as Fendi, Loewe, Givenchy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• 4+ years of FP&A, controlling, financial analysis experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency; ability to prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with SAP and Cegid or other ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate inputs for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reforecasts across corporate and commercial departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to build forecasts reflecting business priorities and strategic goals.
• Support monthly close by reviewing results and preparing variance analyses.
• Lead regular expense reviews with department stakeholders and identify risks or opportunities.
• Prepare financial insights for monthly/quarterly reviews and support budget tracking.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reporting tools, and recurring analyses.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and contribute to cross-functional strategic projects.
