Accenture Construct is seeking a detail-oriented ERP Operations Specialist to support Deltek Vantagepoint and related HR/Finance processes. You will handle end-user support, system monitoring, dashboards, data validation, and integration testing to ensure accurate payroll and project accounting across entities.

A background with Deltek products and strong English communication are essential. Bring expertise in ADP-to-ERP workflows, multi-entity environments, and training coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision in a professional environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Help Desk & User Support — first line of response for Deltek end-user inquiries, triaging and resolving tickets.
• System Monitoring & Configuration Maintenance — monitor Deltek Vantagepoint queues and system performance; maintain configurations.
• Deltek Updates & Defect Research — track release notes and defect reports; summarize impacts for the Financial Systems Manager.
• Data Entry, Validation & Payroll Support — prepare import files, support hires/terminations, validate ADP-to-Deltek timesheets.
• Reporting & Data Extraction — extract data and build recurring reports for Payroll, HR, Finance, and Ops.
• Integration Support & Testing — execute imports, run checks, validate results, and conduct UAT for configurations.
• Deltek Operations Knowledge Base — maintain SOPs and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Training & Coordination — coordinate training logistics and prepare user communications.
