Job summary

Trinity Consultants seeks an ERP/CRM Application Support Specialist to join the ERP/CRM Systems Team in Dallas. You will support deployment of Vantagepoint, PIM, and other Deltek apps, assist employees with issues, and help with reporting and analytics.

You will design and implement workflows, create dashboards and custom SQL reports, manage security and configuration, and deliver training on Vantagepoint to staff. Collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, finance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation for imports and reporting.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or equivalent data analysis tools.
• Aptitude in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and processes.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or ERP/CRM apps is a plus.
• Exposure to architecture, engineering or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Deltek Vantagepoint and PIM technical support to employees and process helpdesk tickets
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution to issues within Deltek Vantagepoint and PIM
• Support Deltek team with various Deltek Vantagepoint operations, including:
• Data integrity reporting and analysis as well as data clean-up efforts
• Design, development, and implementation of workflows
• Creating dashboards and reports, including custom SQL reports
• Creating and modifying user-defined components
• Conducting system and administration maintenance tasks
• Auditing and managing Deltek security roles
• Identifying areas for improvement and functionality
• Support integration of acquired firms into Vantagepoint by managing data ETL processes
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders to understand, design, test and implement new functionality to meet stakeholder needs
• Develop, maintain and deliver documentation and training materials on Deltek Vantagepoint
• Keep informed of Deltek product updates and new releases
• Collaborate with other team members to accomplish objectives
• Provide exceptional internal customer service

Job description

The ERP/CRM Application Support Specialist plays a pivotal role on Trinity’s ERP/CRM Systems Team by supporting the deployment of Vantagepoint, PIM, and other Deltek applications within the firm. The Specialist works with the Systems Team in responding to requests from employees to resolve issues and helps them with reporting and other functional uses of the application. The Specialist also works as a member of the Systems Team in managing security and configuration, implementing application design changes and system integrations, running reports, performing data analysis and management, supporting integration of acquired firm data, and conducting overall system maintenance tasks. The Specialist has opportunities to develop and implement custom SQL reports, business process workflows and dashboard solutions to meet the needs of end-users and prepares and delivers training on Vantagepoint to firm employees.

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or equivalent data analysis and reporting tools
• Aptitude with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Interest in AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and business processes
• Excellent oral and technical written communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or other ERP/CRM applications a plus
• Exposure to architecture, engineering, or professional services industries a plus
